How to request a refund

• Email within 14 days of your purchase.
• Use the email address you gave at checkout, or include your order number.
• You don't have to say why, and we won't ask.

What happens next

We confirm within one working day and issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 working days, depending on the provider.

What is covered

The full amount you paid for the Kit, including any optional add-on bought in the same order.

Recurring add-ons

If you added an optional subscription, you can cancel it at any time from the link in any email we send you, or by writing to . Cancelling stops all future charges. The date of your next charge is shown on your confirmation screen and repeated in your welcome email.

Access after a refund

Your access link is deactivated once the refund is issued, and you agree to delete any downloaded copies.
